Raising the rev limit on 2008 Roadster

Sportster Motorcycle Air intake, Carburetor, EFI, Fuel, and Exhaust - The Sportster and Buell Motorcycle Forum - xlforum.net
I have just picked up a very nice 2008 Roadster. It is my first EFI bike. My '88 XL1200 and my '01 FXDX were carbureted, and I was able to buy a Screamin' Eagle ignition module which raised the rev limit. I know others don't feel the need to do this, but I prefer to be able to create my own shift points, and with high-flow filter, ignition upgrade and 2 into 1 Supertrapp, my '88 pulled well at RPM over 6000. I have spoken to the folks @ FuelMoto, and discussed FuelPak 3, Dyno Power Vision and Power Commander V. They know their stuff and are most accommodating, and they say none of these options allow increased rev limit. Does anyone on this forum know if there is any way to accomplish.

Many Thanks,
