Oil leak from front exhaust/ no ideal/ loss of power

Bike is a 05 sv650s, has 23,000 miles and was running fine and then suddenly had a sudden loss of power and a change in the exhaust sound. i was riding when it happened.
Once home i noticed oil leaking very slowly from the front exhaust port. The bike will not ideal but will run if you maintain the rpm over 2k. it run extremely rough and has a strange pitch in the sound of the exhaust. But does not smoke out of the exhaust at all. i have not yet conducting a compression test, but do not have the tools for a leak down test. I am looking for any information about what may be the issues. Thank you all for the help.
