Andrews N4 VS Stock D or W grind cams

Sportster Motorcycle Air intake, Carburetor, EFI, Fuel, and Exhaust - The Sportster and Buell Motorcycle Forum - xlforum.net
To make a long story short. The dealership is just finishing up getting my bike back together. They installed N4 cams, a Mikuni 42 carb and some other misc stuff, mostly for aesthetics. I had D grind cams with the stock carb and I'm just wondering what kind of gains I can look forward to? I know the dyno will tell me that come next week, but I'm getting a little anxious these days...they've had the bike for almost a month. (That's the long story part)

Also, originally I was going to get the W grind cams installed. Was it a better move to go with the N4s? The N4s actually happened by mistake but looking at the cam comparison charts it looks like they're a lot more aggressive than the Ws.
