Suzuki - Is this rim true enough?

Racing Discussions - Suzuki SV650 Forum: SV650, SV1000, Gladius Forums - www.svrider.com
This is a used rim I bought over the winter to use for rains this year. I threw it on the balancer yesterday and discovered it has visible runout. Here's a video. Now I've got my panties is a twist because my first race weekend is coming up. Service manual says 2mm run-out is the max; I'm assuming this is significantly more, although I don't have a runout measurement tool. Am I over-reacting? None of my other wheels have any visible wobble.

Thanks for your help.
