Suzuki - Suddenly no spark...

99-02 SV650 tech - Suzuki SV650 Forum: SV650, SV1000, Gladius Forums - www.svrider.com
I was running my race bike in the garage tonight after an oil/clutch cover change checking for leaks. I am waiting for a replacement Li battery to come in the mail and had a spare lead acid battery slapped in with a loose connection on the positive terminal and while running it popped off and the bike died. When I connected it (properly this time) I have no spark. Bike turns over like a champ. Fuses appear fine. Any ideas?
