A truly quiet, lightweight exhaust - why doesn't anyone make one?

Hope I don't rub anyone the wrong way here.

I have a KLX250s (300cc) with the standard mods including Megabomb header and "Quiet core" muffler. I also run the 1 1/8" quiet insert that FMF used to offer.

My bike's exhaust level is manageable at idle, but when I'm hard on the gas the bike is obnoxiously loud. I've found this is pretty true of every aftermarket four stroke muffler. All of them use the same straight-through design. Some are a little longer or thicker, but the end result are mufflers that do not do a very good job of quietening the motor when it is hard on the gas.

Why hasn't anyone manufactured a muffler that is light weight, and actually quiet both at idle and hard on the throttle? Loud bikes aren't doing us any favors.
